My friend and I visited Arthur while on holidays in Sydney, i had visited a year prior and was keen to come back again. It was an amazing experience yet again, the food was sensational and beautifully presented, and an explanation of each dish was given which we both appreciated. Favourite dishes were the beef short rib and the potato with sweet and sour garlic sauce. I will definitely be visiting again if i come through Sydney again.

Great ambiance, had the 5th bday chefs menu, every dish was immaculate. Also the staff were all very engaging and charming and you can sense that they really enjoy working there. 10/10 experience. loved the calamari noodles!

It was great to have shared this experience with my whole family. Each one of us loved the food and was delighted with the service given to us. Definitely will come back to create another memory.

Bit disappointed with this place TBH. We had a couple drop out last minute because of COVID, and they were quite pointed about having “already prepared the food”. Which notionally is a worry, if it’s meant to be made fresh - but also short sighted. I get that losing covers is frustrating, but I’ll probably never go back because of how they handled things. Clumsy and unsympathetic - so we’ll be clumsy and unsympathetic back. And the way they stubbornly insisted on serving six dishes for each course even though there were (post COVID) only four of us was both odd and wildly, wildly wasteful. Also, I query the service model - we were constantly being interrupted conversation-wise for dishes to be announced. It was irritating, particularly with how obsequious the waiter we had was.
